The Sun House was designed to bring the outdoors inside through space and light. A simple but considered approach to transforming an old house into a  contemporary home.

The Playground is a breath of life found in the inner city of Johannesburg, I was proud to be the project Architect for the construction phase of the design.

The next step in freedom of movement conceptualized as a cavern cut into the landscape of Randburg. A Transport interchange to usher South Africa into the future.

A proposal for a microbiology Lab in Hillbrow that exposes the inner workings of laboratories to the outside world. Connecting the realm of science to the people of the city.

A complete renewal for an
old townhouse. The approach sought to open up and connect this home with it's garden, creating a third space as an extension of the interior.

A bakers home that proposed distinguishing the home into two parts that could work as one, a large grand house or a separate Bakery and Living space that complement each other.

The floating patio sought to provide shade and shelter with a sleek take on a garden patio, as it directs the eye line towards the features of the garden while pulling back as a sleek and modern sculture 

The ensuite was the sister project to the patio intending to bring that contemporary nature into the bathroom, to provide a functional and usable space that is subtle and calming

The sea house is a project that takes the idea of multivalent multiuse spaces and brings it to the fore. By providing a design that works as a grand house or two distinct flats that both feature unique spaces and links to the ocean and the garden behind

The mountain house is a redesign f an old mountain cottage that seeks to make clear approach to unlocking the sites best feature, it's view of both the ocean and the mountainside 

The home office, is an experimental approach to a small office that can function as a meeting room, flat, office and events venue. It is an ongoing project that is designed to change to the needs and wants of the user.

The rooftop flat is an exciting concept looking to maximise minimal inner city living by creating a space that meets all the needs of living working and playing while capitalising on it's unique location and position
